To process year-end adjustments for our members, final payroll figures for 2023/2024 must be reported through the Origami portal to true-up Alliance contributions. The Alliance contribution is a calculation on payroll and each year we use your final figures to ensure contributions are correct. Please complete the payroll audit by August 2, 2024 to be eligible for the Alliance loyalty credit.

You will be asked to attach backup documentation to complete the payroll audit. This backup documentation needs to include (1) the payroll amounts paid and date range evidencing the whole year is contemplated in the report, (2) the breakout of the 8868 payroll code (“low risk” employee roles like teachers, administrative staff, etc.) and the 9101 payroll code (“high risk” employee roles like maintenance, custodians, food service, transportation, etc.), and (3) no personally identifiable information.
