On April 17, 2024, the United States Supreme Court issued a decision that broadens an employee’s right to assert claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act if the employee is subject to an involuntary transfer. (Muldrow v. City of St. Louis, 601 U.S. __, 2024 W. L. 1642826 (2024)).
